Collin Street Bakery Fruitcake
It belongs in a class all it's own. It fills you with wonder and splendour. It defies all fruitcake jokes...
And i enjoy it but once a year. The Collin Street Bakery Fruitcake. In all it's glory.

Perhaps it's because i grew up with it that it seems so magical to me. Maybe it actually follows the way of all fruitcakes. Maybe it actually tastes like pickled tripe...
But either i don't know better, or i don't care. Personally, i think it's just all around darn stinking good.
come on...
experience the magic.

"Golden sweet pineapple and papaya, hand-picked on our own farms in Costa Rica, Ripe, red cherries from Oregon and Washington State, Pure clover honey, plump golden raisins and absolutely the finest, freshest pecans, which we shell ourselves right here in Corsicana, Texas." Whoever wrote this needs to get a real job! Besides how do we really know the honey is from a "pure clover"?

The Classic Cheesecake Tower looks awesome though! Plus they are selling it for only a mere $79.95. That's like chumpchange for wealthy people who really like cheesecake.

I'm almost certain that if Topher Grace read this as Jeff Bishop he would have bought a first class ticket to Corsicana, Texas and give the chefs who work at Collin Street Bakery a present full of "fist in your face" and a "hiya" right along with it.

Deep in the bowels of Mount Doom, we find the two leaders of the last great alliance between Mexicans and Men-- Andrew, son of Leslie, and Colleen, heir and princess to the throne of Pasadena... Colleen clutches a cake in her hand, extending it over a river of magma- the very cake she had earlier cut off the dark lords' finger thereby destroying him. Only in the cracks of doom in which it was wrought can this ancient evil be undone...

Andrew: Colleen! Destroy it! ...Cast it into the fire!

Colleen hunches slightly and a wicked smile twists her face. Her eyes open wide as she admires her precious, then furl in rage as she swings around, gazing at Andrew from behind her shoulder.

Colleen: The cake... is MINE!
