Uh, yeah well... somehow I managed to score a 24. I only sort of cheated on one question because I wasn't certain my answer was correct and because the answer was only two clicks away I double checked, but I was right anyway. I cheated on the question about how much RAM was on my computer. I'm curious whether that would make me even more nerdy since I knew how to check whether my answer was correct or not. And since Pip said he was listening to Bjork, I am listening to SPARKLEHORSE, and PJ Harvey sings backup on one of the songs. does that make me a pissed off Nerd Wannabe?
I would like to posit that the criteria that they used to judge nerd status are not exactly accurate.
I mean, fair enough, they asked questions about RAM and ISPs and mathematical formulae, but in my humble opinion this defines how much of an egghead you are, not a nerd.
There was no mention of Nintendo, Comic Books, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, plastic Japanese toys, or an alphabeticised CD collection.
Or a DVD and Book collection, in my case (quite literally, in my (book)case), though some of the books are organised by subject and then alphabeticised by author surname.

See? Now, that is truly nerdy.
